About Us
Jim is a retired dentist and Mabel is a retired hospital executive professional. Mabel’s life is full of social club activities including PEO and she also volunteers in the children’s department at our local library.
Jim enjoys golfing, portraiture oil painting and languages. We both love to work in the kitchen.
We have traveled numerous times to various European countries to study their viticulture and eonology practices. We also enjoy taking cooking classes while we are there.
For the past 10 years we have been serious amateur wine makers. We have our temperature controlled cellar as well as our own chemistry lab. As harvest approaches, we can keep our grape buyer informed of the Brix, pH, TA etc.
